This position is responsible for providing project leadership, research, and administrative support to Emtiro Health’s Business Intelligence and Strategy departments. This position is responsible for the research and collection of information, analysis of that information based on an assigned project’s expressed goals, and presentation of findings/results to help inform decisions on a project, within Emtiro Health, or client organizations. This role also provides daily administrative support including oversight and facilitation of confidential information, financial data and all forms of strategic information.
The Manager, Data Analytics, position is responsible for managing staff that perform daily data maintenance and analytics activities. The role is responsible for the protection and integrity of all data in Emtiro Health information systems consistent with industry best practices. This individual is also responsible for the development of analytics to support data-driven decision-making. This position will serve as a lead technical expert in the implementation and design of all Emtiro Health analytics applications and associated business processes.
Expert knowledge of care management operations and advanced knowledge of information systems and their application to care management. Works closely with the Director of Clinical Services, the Director of Business Intelligence, care management care teams, and the care management platform vendor to implement and maintain an effective technology solution that continues to evolve to meet care teams’ needs. Responsible for working closely with the care management solution vendor initially in the design, testing, optimization, and training activities related to the new care management solution to ensure that the solution supports excellence in care management and end user experience. On an ongoing basis, the Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading training, content management, and quality improvement to ensure that the care management platform and other related technology enables high quality care management and allows the organization to meet accreditation standards.
